Internal Consulting Team Build - BT
Brief:
Selecture partnered with BT and the head of their internal consulting team to help build a high performing internal consulting team. Our client was looking to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and repurpose some units towards emerging areas including Cloud, Cyber and Digital Services.
Approach:
BT were looking to assemble a team of 30 consultants and required prior consulting and business transformation experience and an analytical mind-set. Candidates need to be resilient and capable of quickly engaging stakeholders and able to push back on expectations whilst maintaining relationships.
Results:
Selecture ran an ongoing recruitment campaign with multiple assessment days and succeeded in making multiple hires into the Cost Transformation practice. The biggest achievement to date is that we have now become an agency of choice for BT from a standing start.
