- Founder & Managing Partner for consulting

Throughout his career, David has remained very hands on partnering with founders and business leaders to help them scale & transform their organisation with critical senior hires & key technical specialists. Recent engagements range from securing a regional MD for a VC funded & early stage AI & Analytics firm to hiring a head of Digital Banking Strategy for a Big 4 consulting firm looking to set up a new service line.

Ewa Lis

- Operations

Ewa studies Business, Administration and Marketing at University in Gdansk, Poland before moving to London in 2003 to work in Marketing and operations roles in Property and retail.

In 2013 Ewa moved to Singapore with her family and  joined Selecture Singapore to work in operations support role.

Outside of work Ewa enjoys tennis, skiing, keeping up with her 2 boys and since Covid Lockdown trying to make the perfect Sourdough bread

Liezel Alberto-Castro

- Research Consultant - Asia

Leisel holds a Masters & Bachelor’s Degree and has over  4 years of experience in Human Resources & talent acquisition.

Firstly within an international Recruitment firm focusing on South East Asia hiring. Previously Leizel worked for 2 years within the Aviation Industry as an Aircraft Planner in Singapore. She was assigned in an SIA Engineering Company under the Centre of Command Department, , and responsible for vetting Airlines.

Outside of work Leizel  enjoys caring for her daughter Hailee and is very passionate about food - cooking different cuisines for her Friends &  family and trying different recipes.

Chris Gillbrand

- Principal

Chris has 15 years of experience recruiting mid-to-senior level Banking Technologists, the last 7 years of which has been focused on the Singapore & Malaysian markets.

Chris places people at the senior end of the spectrum, across the Business aligned Banking Technology space such as, Senior Program & Project Management, Business Analysis, Delivery Management and Technology Risk Management fields - with a particular focus on Wealth Management Technology and Core Banking Technology for Wealth, PB, AM, Retail and Institutional Banking.

Richard Goddard

- Non Executive Advisor

Richard has close to three decades of expertise in launching and scaling technology search businesses, and personally executing leadership appointments, across Asia, Europe and North America.

Most recently Richard spent 12 years in Asia launching and scaling technology search businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia and Japan, and working with a global portfolio of technology clients on their Asia and international leadership hires.

Richard supports Selecture with advice on strategy, people development and client solutions.

- Senior Consultant

Joyce has over 10 years experience working across South East Asia to support stakeholders across Professional Services, Technology & Financial Services with team builds and key hires across Digital, Data, Commercial Growth Strategy and Operations.

Her approach is people-centric and based on forging long term relationships built on trust.

Maya Davis

- Research consultant

Maya has also been in global recruitment across a range of industries for 14 years.

Being in the Philippine recruitment business (POEA licensed agency owner) for 14 years, she supports international companies by formulating recommendations and solutions, and guiding them to be compliant on recruiting and hiring Filipino workers.

As a Resourcer in Australia, she has successfully placed middle management to executive level candidates to Big 4, boutique management consulting , digital and information technology firms.

Selecture Partner with Maya on assignments where she delivers market research & talent maps.

Bernadette Bannister

- Diversity Matters

Bernadette is a freelance writer who is passionate about diversity matters, particualrly related to diabilitties and issues related to mental health.

A PACFA registered counsellor, with extensive volunteer experience of supporting people of diverse ages and backgrounds Bernadette uses her experience to write on Diversity Matters & Mental Health for Selecture.

Bernadette completed a bachelor of Arts at Monash University, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.

Outside of work, Bernadette enjoys keeping fit, running, travelling ( pre-Covid ), socialising with friends & family and reading.

Tony Vadasz

- Principal

Tony trained as a Chartered Accountant and spent 25 years in Industry and Consultancy, working across Europe and North America.

After 6 years' Controlling experience at ICI plc and SmithKlineBeecham (GSK), he was seconded to a 9-month corporate centre cost reduction, run by McKinsey.

He later built and led Transformation consulting practices, delivering programmes at clients like GSK, Novartis, Pfizer, Siemens, Barclays, BAT, Unilever, Xerox, Michelin and in the Public Sector organisations, at KPMG, Axon and The Hackett Group.

Michael has over ten years’ Search & recruitment experience across international markets including Australia, Singapore and United Kingdom. His innate knowledge coupled with global networks means that he is able to provide insights to deliver strategic recruitment solutions within a competitive space.

Michal is a  Chartered Accountant who completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and Executive education in Analytics at Wharton University.

Juliane has 10 years’ experience in executive search and further 8 years in executive positions of international corporates. Having created momentum for, and delivered on, broad transformation initiatives herself, Juliane is an experienced advisor who now helps build high-performing teams for international corporate clients and fast growing scale-ups.
