Opportunity to transform Organisations with a leading Change Management & Transformation Practice within a People/Organisational Advisory firm - Senior Manager; £100,000+ package


My client are a pre-eminent global people and organisational advisory firm. This is a great opportunity to join a firm leading the way in terms in depth research, intellectual property and have a genuine global coverage. 


You will be working at the very top end (C-suite) of their clients across their blue-chip FTSE portfolio. Working collabratively with senior partners you will shape bid response, make a significant contribution to proposals and manage these relationships on a daily basis.


Their route to market is unique and is reflected with the high calibre of Consultants who work there. Would you like to be part of this team that is taking the Human Capital Advisory sector to new heights?


My clients are a mixture of Consultants, Occupational psychologists and commercially astute technical specialists who cover the following functional capabilities:


  • Change Management
  • Target Operating Model
  • Culture Change
  • Organisational Design


You will have:

  • A degree level qualification plus significant relevant work experience in a professional services firm. A sustained track record of delivering high impact interventions in client situations in the Human Capital Advisory sector.
  • Expertise in organisational/leadership development/culture change/behavioural change/organisational design or broader change interventions and has demonstrated sales, account management and delivery expertise.
  • Understand the business, leadership and organisational issues faced by those operating at senior/executive levels.


I would be particularly keen to talk to people from either a reputable consulting house or boutique advisory firm where their focus has been on Leadership Development, Change, Transformation, Target Operating Model or Organisational Design.
