Role Description

A great opportunity to join a prestigious organization that advises global brands in the areas of customer experience and service transformation.

Successful in their initiatives and geared towards growing their practice further in the region, our client is interested in talking to experienced individuals who have worked in a professional services environment and have dealt with projects related to customer experience improvement for firms within financial services (banking, payments, credit cards, insurance firms) or telecoms.

Key to success in this role include:

  • The ability to manage a team in delivering strategic and market insight projects end-to-end
  • Capability working on large data, interpreting results, story-boarding and delivering high-impact presentations
  • Articulate and comfortable leading meetings or workshops with senior stakeholders

Desired qualifications also include:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure and desire to advise on customer experience improvement initiatives within the financial services space
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficient with MS-Office and/or other tabulation data/analysis software
  • Strong analytical skills
