Role Description

My client is a leading financial technology product provider specialising in Banking and Insurance technologies. Their solutions are used in the front office of Insurance, Retail Banks and Wealth Management. They are used across mobile and browsers and provide a full suite of tools Advisors need to engage clients and do business.



You will need to have a strong Wealth Management domain experience background, ideally strong understanding of all the products covered by wealth managers, client profiling processes, financial planning approaches, advisory and cross border regulation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record on DIGITAL projects delivery within the Wealth Management space.


Experience in Wealth Management front-end point of sales application is a MUST, and any knowledge in the following areas will be looked upon very favourably:- product parameters, configurations, validations and rules, product benefit illustration (BI) and application features


Flexible working! As there is currently no UK office the bulk of the work will be at client sites or working from home.


Due to growth momentum my client need to hire autonomous (Lead) Business Analysts who will help establish a UK Delivery Team to execute the functional analysis and design elements of various system delivery projects. This role will be fast paced, exciting and challenging. The successful candidate will be passionate about the benefits of Digital Technology to Banking and Weatlh Management approaches, and a confident leader of delivery streams.


Whilst the majority of the responsibilities of this role fall under Business Analysis, my client also require someone with a Project Management background, mid-sized digital technology delivery would suffice.  


As the Lead BA within the Delivery Team, you will be expected:

  • to lead and coordinate the software business modeling and requirement collection by outlining and delimiting the solution being modeled.   
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse business needs, gaps and issues and performs business impact analysis and recommend best possible solutions working with technology team and within the functional coverage and capabilities of the product.
  • Support the Delivery Team on development time clarification and work back with the client if solution has to be revised 
  • Support internal and client testing teams in their activities.
  • Conduct "train-the-trainer" or initial training during client implementation. 
  • Liaise effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
