$40,000 Base salary + Uncapped Performance bonuses ( OTE $100,000+ )

Selecture are an award winning search and recruitment firm that partner with a select group of clients and candidates. We cover four core areas and transformation lies at the heart of what we do.  Each of our consultants specialises in a specific discipline, developing subject matter expertise and deep networks so we can effectively advise our clients and candidates. We have offices in London, Singapore & Melbourne and opportunities exist for consultants to move internally.

Due to strong demand throughout AsiaPac, our Melbourne office is currently looking for a graduate who  wants to develop a career in recruitment. This role will enable you to interact with globally renowned firms and their people every day.  You will operate at the centre of a competitive marketplace and regularly interact with the highest calibre candidates of 1 or 2 years’ experience through to top level leadership executives.

Initially  you’ll support our very successful Melbourne based Partner and head of Technology with research, candidate sourcing and management, administration, and presentations whilst you learn the ropes. However the opportunity to progress fast is real due to our size, growth and client base. With our support & help you will be encouraged to quickly develop your own clients and areas of business. Ultimately our successful consultants go on to grow and develop their own teams and run a P&L.

  • Impactful with an ability to empathise with candidates and also influence
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve results personally and for your clients
  • Self-starters – our training will give you the tools but YOU are in control of progression!
  • Professional, willing to learn
  • High levels of personal integrity/sincerity
  • An interest & understanding in commerce, business & technology would definitely help
  • Recruitment or Sales experience isn’t necessary, although it may help
