Role Description

My client is a leading Human Capital Consultancy with deep expertise in Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organisational Design that focuses on helping organisations to design a talent strategy that will fuel its business strategy. 

My client has built a strong reputation globally, with a specific focus on Leadership Development, Assessment, Board Effectiveness and C-Suite Advisory and is currently looking for a Senior Partner to help strengthen and build their core service offering in the leadership development space.

Experience Required

  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology and a relevant post-graduate degree (ideally MSc Occupational Psychology, or similar) 
  • Strong understanding of how organizational and talent management theory and principles apply to actual business situations - can translate from concept to reality
  • Experience of psychology consulting: in-depth individual assessment and development, executive coaching, organisational design and development, high potential development.
