My client is growing the internal consulting Practice which includes all change Management, Performance Improvement, business Process Reengineering and Transformation that takes place within the Bank.

I am looking for Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers with a range of skills that include:

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in a consulting or financial services (ideally retail or wholesale banking) role

·         Experience of managing projects and teams to deliver solutions in complex business environments

·         Strong influencing skills and exposure to working with senior management levels within an organisation

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write convincingly at varying levels within an organisation

·         Strong analytical skills, with an ability to synthesise information and develop powerful insights and solutions

·         Understanding of drivers for costs management and impact of processes and systems changes on associated costs.

·         Self starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environment

·         A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude with a strong sense of initiative

Desirable

·         Knowledge of process methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, BPM)

·         Project management methodologies  (e.g. Prince)

·         Financial modeling and/or cost management disciplines

·         Process Outsourcing

·         Customer Retention

·         Customer Experience
