Business Transformation Architect (SAP / Oracle)

A leading Global Consultancy is looking to add to their Business and Transformation architecture team due to continued growth in this area.

The key Business Transformation Architect will be a key member of the advisory services team working on engagements advising them on green field package implementations and roll-outs within their organization focused around SAP and/or Oracle. You will be expected to lead mid to large size teams in engagements, offering broad expertise, insight and credibility in the Business Architecture and Transformation arena.  The Business Transformation Architect will work closely with the Business Transformation Programme Manager in creating road maps, process analysis, design, solution development and execution. 

The ideal Business Transformation Architect we are seeking will possess the following skills and experience:

·         Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering Package in either SAP or Oracle based IT Consulting services leveraging best-in-class IT governance

·         Experience in Enterprise Apps packages

·         Relevant industry experience preferably in Financial Services

·         Proven subject matter expertise in a particular domain (e.g. Finance, SCM, HCM, CRM).

·         Certification in a process area for a particular product (e.g. SAP SCM certified)

·         Proven track record of Functional / Configuration knowledge of identified processes in at least one package

·         Experience in leading at least 2 Business Transformation engagements

·         Appreciation and experienced in SDLC models and package specific methodologies such as ASAP, AIM

·         3+ years of experience in developing Solutions for Business Architecture & Transformation deals

·         Experienced in providing strategic direction in the areas of Business Process Transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, Portfolio management, critical Problem Solving
